Partnership Covenant

  

We, the members of ____________________________________________, commit to adopt the Burlington Center Mall Ministry as a local mission and support as following:  

 

£   To pray weekly for the Ministry in one of the church meetings;

£   To promote monthly the activities of the Ministry within our community of faith;

£   To pledge financial support on an annual basis of $_____________; and/or

£   To provide a team of at least two volunteers to be trained and commit to serve at the Ministry regularly.

 

If all four boxes are checked, you are a Full Partner.  If two or more boxes are checked, you are an Associate Partner.

The personnel at the Burlington Center Mall Ministry commit to involvement with your congregation through at least items 1-3 for Associate Partners and all seven ways for Full Partners:

 

1. To pray weekly for your Church;
2. To furnish regular Ministry updates and year-end reports;
3. To publicly acknowledge Partners on our Ministry website, wallhanging*, and select printed materials;
4. To provide training in faith sharing for your volunteer team, and any others who wish to receive such training;
5. To annually visit your Church annually and present information about the Ministry in the desired forum (Church services, Sunday school or a mission event);       
6. To offer opportunity for a mission-minded member of your congregation to be a representative on a BCMM board or committee;
7. As appropriate, to feature a group from your church in a special event.

 

We agree to faithfully fulfill this commitment and to review it annually.
