Kara Edwards, Executive Assistant
A 2003 mission trip to support widows in genocide-ravaged Rwanda was a life-changing experience for our
Executive Assistant. God gave Kara Edwards a clearer vision of who He created her to be—and ultimately led her to this position at the Mall Ministry.
A Heart for Missions tells of her travels in faith.
A lover of music, Kara has advised youth and children’s choirs for 15
years. Presently, she attends First Baptist Church of Mount Holly.
Listening carefully to lyrics as well as sermons, she strives to discern
their faithfulness to God’s Word, the Bible. Kara holds engineering
degrees from Princeton and Drexel Universities. She is the beaming aunt
of two nephews and five nieces. Kara enjoys playing tennis, classical and jazz piano and, most recently, the organ. Her musical tastes range from Parliament Funkadelic and Chicago to Tchaikovsky and Handel.
